摘 要:研究了一种用于模拟油气储层条件下开展评价实验的JHR多功能径向岩心夹持器,采用全直径岩心模拟地层径向流动实验以及模拟水平井大位移井在欠平衡、正压差、平衡钻井等过程中的动态污染,科学真实地模拟地层条件下储层渗透率的变化规律,通过多点压力采集并测定岩心在污染前后的梯度渗透率和渗透率恢复值,实现模拟储层污染过程和渗流测试过程一体化;解决了目前常规实验中采用小岩心开展轴向渗透率测试及岩心端面污染的局限性,为地质勘探与开发、保护油层研究、大位移井储层损害、损害预防及储量评估研究提供了有效的评价手段。该岩心夹持器操作灵活方便,安全可靠,是开展储层保护等实验研究不可缺少的试验工具。A multi-function radial core holder,which was used for simulating evaluation test at simulated reservoir conditions was developed.Full diameter cores were used to simulate the test of radial flow in formation and dynamic pollution in underbalanced,normal pressure and balanced well drillings in horizontal wells and extended reach wells.The rules of permeability changes under reservoir conditions were scientifically and truly simulated,by collecting multi-point pressure and detecting the gradient permeability and permeability recovery rate both before and after the pollution,the process of formation damage was simulated for the integration of percolation and its detection.It can be used to avoid the limitations in radial permeability detection using small cores and pollution on core-sides in conventional test,it provides effective means for oil exploration and development,study of formation protection,formation damage in extended reach wells and its prevention and reservoir evaluation,it also provides an effective platform for oilfield production and researches.The core holder is easy operation,convenient application and safety and reliable.
