摘　　要：介绍日本高铁地震监测预警的发展历程,并分析中国目前已建成的高铁地震监测系统的情况。根据日本经验以京津城际高铁为例对中国现有的地震监测系统布台方案提出改进建议。This paper introduces earthquake monitoring and early warning system for Japanese railways by sta- ges, and then analyzes the earthquake early warning systems for high speed railways constructed in China. Finally, taking the Beijing-Tianjin high speed railway for example, some advices are given to improve the distribution of seis- mic stations. The system will provide from zero to tens of seconds warning time after these improvements.
