摘　　要：基于在设计及制造双卧轴混凝土振动搅拌机过程中所遇到的问题,针对花键轴强度及搅拌叶片与衬板的间隙控制,以及混凝土振动搅拌机轴承受力分析、搅拌装置模态分析及支撑平台设计等,介绍经验和体会。所得部分结论同样适用于一般型双卧轴混凝土搅拌机。A dual horizontal shafts concrete mixer.On the basis of solving troubles met during design and manufacture of dual horizontal shaft vibratory mixers we had to control strength of the splines while controlling the clearance between the blade and the liner.Besides,we also analyzed stress at the bearings,modality of the mixing apparatus,the support platform etc to introduce our experience and realization.Some parts of the conclusion are applicable for general models of double horizontal shaft concrete mixer.
