摘  要:目的观察皮肤光反应类型,肤色和最小红斑量与紫外线诱导黑化反应的相关性。方法采用日光模拟器对26名健康受试者后背皮肤进行紫外线照射,测定最小红斑量并用总量3MED的紫外线诱导色素形成。测量曝光部位,非曝光部位和黑素斑L*a*b*值。以最小红斑量,皮肤光反应类型和肤色分别对受试者进行分组,比较不同组间紫外线诱导黑化反应的变化。结果不同最小红斑量,皮肤光反应类型和肤色的个体在接受3MED的紫外线照射后,黑化程度和消退速度没有差异。结论对于不同的最小红斑量,皮肤光反应类型和肤色的个体诱导色素生成需要的紫外线总剂量不同,但是色素的形成程度和消退情况没有明显差异。提示中国人的皮肤晒黑潜能比较一致。Objective To investigate the tanning response to UV radiation on individuals with different skin color, pho- totype and MED. Methods Solar simulator was used to test the MED and induce the pigmentation. Chro- mameter was used to measure the skin color and pigmentation. The volunteers were divided into different groups according to their skin color, phototype and MED. The differences of the pigmentation changes be- tween different groups were evaluated. Results No statistically significant difference was found when the in- crease of the pigmentation before the maximum tanning and the following regression after the UV radiation were compared between different groups. Conclusion There were no statistically significant correlations be- tween changes of UV-induced pigmentation and skin phototype, skin color as well as MED. The Chinese pop- ulation may have a uniform tanning capacity not related to the skin phototype, skin color and MED.
