摘  要:目的探讨曲酸寡肽对小鼠B16黑素瘤细胞酪氨酸酶活性及黑色素合成的影响。方法以小鼠B16黑素瘤细胞为受试对象,分别用曲酸寡肽和曲酸对其进行干预,测定细胞增殖率,细胞的酪氨酸酶活性及细胞的黑色素含量。结果曲酸寡肽对细胞形态及数量无显著影响;曲酸寡肽能够有效抑制酪氨酸酶活性,抑制率高于曲酸,但二者之间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。曲酸寡肽能够有效抑制黑色素合成,低浓度时抑制率高于曲酸,高浓度时抑制率低于曲酸,二者之间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论曲酸寡肽对小鼠B16黑素瘤细胞的形态及数量无明显影响,与曲酸相比,细胞毒性低。低浓度(≤0.01g/L)曲酸寡肽既能有效抑制酪氨酸酶活性,又能有效抑制黑色素的合成,优于曲酸,具有潜在的应用价值。Objective To investigate the changes of tyrosine's activity and melanin's synthesis of B16 Murine Melanoma cells treated by Kojic Acid Oligopeptide. Methods B16 Murine Melanoma cells were used as subjects, which are respectively intervened by kojic acid oligopeptide and Kojic Acid. Then determine the rate of cell proliferation, the tyrosine's activity of cells and melanin content. Results Kojic acid oligopeptide had no significant impact on the form and quantity of B16 murine melanoma cells. Kojic oligopeptide can effectively inhibit the tyrosinase's activity and it's inhibition rate higher than that of kojic acid, but they was no signifi- cant difference between them( P 〉 0.05 ). Kojic oligopeptide can effectively inhibit melanin synthesis. When the concentration was low, it's suppression was higher than kojic acid. When the concentration was high, it's suppression was lower than kojic acid. But there were significant difference between them ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion Kojic acid oligopeptide had no effect on the form and quantity of B16 murine melanoma cells. And it's toxicity was lower than kojic acid. Kojic acid oligopeptide could effectively inhibit the activity of ty- rosinase and the synthesis of melanin at low concentration ( 〈 0.01g/L). Kojic acid oligopeptide is better than koiic acid . Kojic acid oligopeptide has potential application value.
