摘  要:目的研究308nm激光联合胡椒碱对小鼠B16黑素瘤细胞黑素合成的影响,初步探讨不同分组对黑素合成的作用及机制,为治疗白癜风探索新的、更有效的治疗方案,同时拓展308nm激光治疗白癜风新的理论基础。方法培养的B16细胞分别以联合疗法组、308nm激光组、胡椒碱组、阳性对照组及空白对照组作用24h,72h及120h,测定细胞黑素含量、酪氨酸酶活性及体外酪氨酸酶活性(多巴速率氧化法)。结果 4组均能促进B16细胞黑素量生成。联合治疗组、308nm激光组、胡椒碱组、阳性对照组均不同程度的促进黑素含量、酪氨酸酶活性及体外酪氨酸酶活性。其中以联合治疗组促进作用最强。结论 308nm激光联合胡椒碱能促进小鼠B16黑素瘤细胞的黑素合成。Objective To study the effect to B16 melanoma cells processed by 308nm laser and piperine and discuss the mechanism of melanogenesis in response to different groups. To explore the new and effective treatment option of vitiligo and expanding new theoretical foundation of 308nm laser to vitiligo. Methods B16 melano- ma ceils were cultured with combination therapy group, 308nm laser group, piperine group, positive control group and the control group for 24h, 72h and 120h. The melanin content and tyrosinase avtivity were meas- ured. The direct activity of tyrosinase in vitro was detected by Dopa oxidation rate methods. Results Four different groups could promote melanin content, tyrosinase activity and the direct activity of tyrosinase at dif- ferent degrees. The combination therapy group played the strongest role in promoting. Conclusion 308mn laser combination with piperine can promote B16 melanoma cells melanin svnthesi~.
