退银汤对寻常性银屑病患者外周血P-cad水平的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨退银汤对寻常性银屑病患者外周血中胎盘型钙黏蛋白(P-cad)表达的影响。方法采用酶联免疫吸附竞争法检测40例寻常性银屑病患者在使用退银汤前后外周血血清P-cad水平,并与40例正常对照组进行比较。结果 40例寻常性银屑病患者血清P-cad水平为(47.04±11.15)ng/mL,正常人对照组P-cad水平为(10.92±6.78)ng/mL,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。经退银汤治疗12周后,银屑病患者血清P-cad水平明显下降,为(23.52±5.31)ng/mL,与治疗前相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论退银汤可以降低寻常性银屑病患者血清中P-cad的表达水平,P-cad可能参与了角质形成细胞的增殖,参与银屑病的发病过程。Objective To study the impact of expression level of P-cadutrophil elastase（P-cad） in peripheral blood of psoriasis vulgaris who received the Tuiyin Soup therapy. Methods Competing-ELISA was used to detect pe- ripheral blood levels of P-cad in 40 cases of psoriasis vulgaris before and.after treatment with Tuiyin Soup, and those of the control group were also detected. Results Forty cases of psoriasis vulgaris showed serum level of P-cad was（47.04 ＋ 11.15 ） ng/mL, and normal control group was（ 10.92 ＋ 6.78 ） ng/mL, which had notable statistically significant（P 〈0.01 ） difference. After Tuiyin Soup treatment for 12 weeks, P-cad level in psoriasis patients were significantly decreased （23.52 ＋ 5.31 ）ng/mL, which had statistically signifi- cant difference compared with before（ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion Tuiyin Soup can reduce the serum level of P-cad in patients with psoriasis vulgaris, and P-cad may be involved value-added keratinocytes prolifer-ation and pathogenesis of psoriasis.
