武汉及其周边地区慢性自发性荨麻疹2038例常见过敏原分析

摘　　要：目的了解武汉及其周边地区慢性自发性荨麻疹患者常见过敏原的种类,为制定预防措施提供依据。方法采用免疫印迹法检测2011年7月-2012年7月武汉及其周边地区2 038例慢性荨麻疹患者的20种血清特异性IgE(sIgE),并对检测结果进行统计学分析。结果该地区慢性荨麻疹患者过敏发生率较高,达87.83%;对两种或多种过敏原敏感者占72.52%;吸入组的3种主要过敏原:尘螨、屋尘和狗上皮呈"连锁阳性"分布特征;猫毛过敏发生率虽低,但其强致敏性却不容忽视;食物组的4种主要过敏原为淡水鱼、虾、蟹和海水鱼,呈"连锁阳性"分布。结论该地区过敏原分布有明显的地域特征,筛查过敏原对该地区荨麻疹的防治有一定的指导意义。Objective To determine the distribution of common allergens in chronic spontaneous urticaria in Wuhan and circumjacent area. Methods Western-blot tests were performed to determine the levels of 20 serum spe- cific IgE antibodies of 2 038 patients with chronic urticaria from Wuhan and circumjacent area during July 2011 to July 2012. A statistical analysis was carried out. Results The total positive rate of sIgE antibodies level was as high as 87.83% in 2 038 urticaria patients;Allergic to two or more kinds of allergens accounted for 72.52% ;The top three inhalational allergens were dust mite, dust and dog hair and they were link-posi- tive;Cat fur with strong allergenicity shouldn＇t be ignored in spite of its low positive rate;The four primary food allergens：shrimp,fresh water fish,sea fish and crab were link-positive. Conclusion There exist signifi- cant area characteristics in the common allergens distribution in urticaria patients in Wuhan and circumjacent area. Allerzen screen has some value to treatment and prevention of chronic spontaneous urticaria patients.
