摘　　要：患者女,72岁。褶皱部皮损近50年,伴有时瘙痒。皮肤科情况:皮肤褶皱部位包括颈部、腋窝、乳房下、腹股沟、肛周、外阴,以及指背,可见针头至豌豆大淡褐色、褐色、黑褐色斑疹、斑丘疹、扁平丘疹,可有融合或呈网状分布。皮损组织病理检查示:角化过度,棘层轻度肥厚,表皮突明显延长且色素增多,高度相互交织呈花蕾状,可见小的角囊肿及胞浆红染角质形成细胞;真皮浅层较多淋巴组织细胞浸润,有较多噬黑素细胞。诊断:Dowling-Degos病。A 72-year-old woman presented with skin lesions on the flexures associated with itch sometimes for nearly 50 years. Physical examination showed multiple, from the needle head to pea in size, hazel, brownish to black- brownish maeules, maeulopapules and papules with blending and reticular form, involved in the flexures in- eluding neck, axillas, itfframammary folds, intercrural folds, crissum, vulva and the back of fingers. His- topathologieal examination revealed hyperkeratosis, slight acanthosis, elongation and hyperpigmentation of the rete ridges which appeared buds because of deep interweaving, small keratocysts, keratinoeytes with red cytoplasm, and many lymphoeytes and histioeytes accompanied with melanophages in the upper dermis. Diag- nosis of Dowling-Degos disease was made.
