多糖蛋白联合左西替利嗪治疗人工荨麻疹39例临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察多糖蛋白联合左西替利嗪治疗人工荨麻疹的临床疗效和安全性。方法随机将入选的77例人工荨麻疹患者分为对照组(38例)和治疗组(39例)。全部患者每晚予盐酸左西替利嗪片5mg口服,同时治疗组还予多糖蛋白片1.5g口服,3次/d。疗程均为4周,分别于治疗前、后及治疗结束后第8周时随访。结果治疗4周后,治疗组患者的症状体征评分(2.25±1.15)明显低于对照组(3.96±1.80),而且治疗组的有效率(82.05%,32/39)明显高于对照组(60.53%,23/38),另外治疗组复发率(6.25%,2/32)也明显低于对照组(30.43%,7/23),以上差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论多糖蛋白联合左西替利嗪治疗人工荨麻疹安全而有效。Ohjedtive To observe the clinical effect and security of polysaccharide-protein combined with levocetirizine in the treatment of factitious urticaria. Methods Seventy-seven patients with factitious urticaria were ran- domly divided into two groups. Combination-therapy group received polysaccharide-protein and levocetirizine for 4 weeks. Control group received levocetirizine only. The symptoms and signs of the patients in two groups were evaluated before treatment, after treatment and 8 weeks after treatment respectively. Results After 4 weeks treatment, the symptomatic scores of factitious urticaria in combination-therapy ~roup（2.25 -＋ 1.15 ） was significantly lower than the control group （3.96 ＋ 1.80）, and the effective rate of combined therapy （82. 05%, 32/39） was significantly higher than the control group（60.53%, 23/38 ）. In addition, at 8 weeks af- ter treatment the recurrence rate of combination-therapy group （6.25% , 2/32） was als0 significantly lower than the control group（30.43%, 7/23）. These differences were statistically significant（ P 〈 O. 05 ） between the treatment group and the control groups. Conclusion Polysaccharide-protein combined with levocetirizine may be an effective and safe treatment for the patients with factitious urticaria.
