摘  要:目的评价左氧氟沙星热敏性凝胶对大鼠化脓性中耳炎的治疗效果。方法采用冷凝法制备以泊洛沙姆407为基质的左氧氟沙星热敏性凝胶;采用经鼓膜注入金黄色葡萄球菌的方法建立大鼠化脓性中耳炎模型;将诱导化脓性中耳炎成功的模型动物随机分为4组:生理盐水组(A组)、左氧氟沙星溶液组(B组)、泊洛沙姆407组(C组)、左氧氟沙星热敏性凝胶组(D组),各组分别在用药后的3、7、10、14 d于显微镜下观察鼓膜情况。结果治疗初期B组和D组无明显差别,用药后14 d显微镜下D组局部炎症明显轻于B组,并在观察期间没有出现反复。结论左氧氟沙星热敏性凝胶对化脓性中耳炎的治疗有效,可作为治疗化脓性中耳炎的新剂型做进一步的研究。Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effects of levofloxacin thelmosensitive gel on suppurative otitis media in rats. Methods Levofloxaein thermosensitive gel of poloxamer 407 as the matrix was prepared by the condensation method. Suppurative otitis media model was established by injecting staphylococcus aureus into tympanic membrane. Then models were randomly divided into four groups: the normal saline group (A) , levofloxacin solution group (B), poloxamer 407 group (C) and levofloxacin thermosensitive gel group (D). The tympanic membranes were observed under microscope after treatment for 3,7,10 and 14 days respectively. Results There was no significant difference in early treatment between group B and group D, but the degree of local inflammation of group D was significantly lighter than that of group B and had no repetition during the observation period. Conclusions Levofloxacin thermosensitive gel was effective for suppurative otitis media suggesting that it can be used as a new form for treating suppurative otitis media.
