摘　　要：人未成熟卵母细胞体外成熟(in vitro maturation,IVM)是指获取未成熟卵母细胞体外培养,经体外受精和胚胎移植最终获得妊娠。随着人们持续关注和深入研究,以具有治疗简单、使用外源激素少、避免卵巢过度刺激等优点其作为人类辅助生殖技术的新手段已广泛应用于临床,为不孕患者提供了一条新的有效的治疗途径。本文就IVM临床应用范围、应用中涉及的关键问题及现状进行综述,并对其发展前景做一展望。In - vitro maturation of （IVM） is an emerging type of assisted reproductive technology （ART）, in which retrived im- mature oocytes from the ovaries and allowed to mature in vitro prior to fertilisation and embryo transfer for pregnance. It is charaeter- ized by the simple proceed, the decreased drug dose and medical fee, and the avoided OHSS. It also provides a new approach for oo- eytes donation and fertility preservation. So, IVM is one of the hottest points of reproductive medicine. In this paper, we reviewed the research progress of clinical application of IVM, and its safety as well as its development prospect.
