629例难免流产患者绒毛染色体分析及病因研究

摘　　要：目的收集难免流产患者绒毛染色体核型结果,探讨绒毛染色体异常原因。方法收集629例早孕难免流产绒毛染色体结果并分类;采取问卷调查,分析对绒毛染色体畸变的影响。结果①绒毛染色体正常348例(55.3%),异常281例(44.7%)。数目异常246例,结构异常35例。②绒毛染色体异常的122对夫妻的外周血染色体中异常核型25例,占10.3%。③绒毛染色体异常组女方的生活/工作环境、不良孕产史、每周工作时间、每周熬夜频率、每天电脑使用时间、酗酒与绒毛染色体正常组有差异(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论①染色体数目异常在异常绒毛染色体核型中比例最高,是导致胚胎早期难免流产的主要原因。②染色体发生突变是绒毛染色体异常的主要来源。③工作/生活环境、高不良孕产次与绒毛染色体异常相关。Objective： To gather inevitable abortion villus chromosome karyotype abnormalities and the cause of abnormal villus chromosome karyotype. Methods ： We assembled the information of 629 patients in questionary way, to analyze the Influence of each factor with the statistical method. Results： （1） There were 348 normal chromosome karyotype （55.3%）, and 281 abnormal chromo- some karyotype （44. 7% ） in 629 villus chromosome. Within them, number abnormal 246 cases, structural abnormal 35 cases. （2） Within the abnormal group, 122 couples were analyzed, 25 abnormal cases （ 10. 3% ）. （3）There is significant difference between the villus chromosomal abnormal group and the villus chromosomal normal group in the living/working environment, history of abnormal pregnancy, the working hours per week, the staying - up frequency, the length of time using computer, alcohol abuse （P 〈 O. 05 or P 〈 0. 01 ） Conclusion： （1）Within the abnormal villus chromosome karyotype number abnormal own the most percentage, we can infer- ence that the number abnormal is the most important reason of early abortion. （2） Mutation of the the villus chromosome is the mainly cause of the inevitable abortion. （3） The living/working in the environment, history of abnormal pregnancy were probably the causes of inevitable abortion villus chromosomal abnormalities.
