摘　　要：目的研究胚胎在玻璃化冷冻预处理液不同时间对冻融胚胎质量及临床妊娠率的影响。方法选择至少3个优胚冷冻的周期,根据胚胎在玻璃化冷冻预处理液2-5分钟随机分为四组。结果四组患者冻融周期的基本情况差异无统计学意义,复苏率、临床妊娠率及胚胎种植率差异无统计学意义。结论胚胎在玻璃化冷冻预处理液时间影响不明显,控制在2-5分钟为宜。Objective： To study embryo vitrification pretreatment in different time impact on quality and clinical pregnancy rate of frozen - thawed embryo transfer. Methods ： Select at least 3 good quility embryo freezing, according to time in pretreatment of liquid 2 - 5 minutes divided randomly into four groups. Results ： Four groups of freeze - thaw cycles of patients have no statistically significant differences and clinical pregnancy and embryo implantation rate has no statistically significant differences. Conclusions： Embryo vitri- fication in preprocessing time do not obvious impact, control in 2 -5 minutes
