摘　　要：基于资源配置的"帕累托最优效率"理论、"资本边际收益均等"原则,对中国农业科研投资在省级区域间的配置状况进行分析,结果表明,中国农业科研投资区域配置的差异化明显,尚未达到最优状态。最后,从调整农业科研投资结构和改善科研经费支出结构两个方面提出相关政策建议。Agricultural R＆D investment regional optimization is to ensure national food security. The theory based on the Pareto allocation of resources, ＂the marginal capital gains rate equal ＂ principle, China＇ s agricultural R＆D investment regional optimization reality analysis, the results show that China＇ s investment in the regional agricultural R＆D differenti ated zone configuration , has not yet reached the optimal configuration state. Finally, the article makes relevant policy recommendations from two aspects of improvingits structure.
