摘　　要：在深入分析科学发展观以人为本思想的基础上,阐述了人本思想对于内蒙古创新型科技人才管理工作的重要意义,提出了人本思想在内蒙古创新型科技人才开发中的探索与实践策略。in the in-depth analysis of the concept of scientific development on the basis of the human-oriented concept, elaborated the humanistic thought for Inner Mongolia the significance of innovative talents of science and technology management work, put forward the humanistic thoughts in exploration and practice of innovative talents of science and technology development strategy of Inner Mongolia.
