摘 要:以中法高等生物安全实验室应用的标准为对象,通过文献调研、计量法和聚类分析等方法,建立有针对性的标准二级分类框架及分析方法,从基础标准、产品标准、方法标准的角度分析中法生物安全实验室建设和运行的标准分类,并在质量管理、环境管理、实验室能力评估、污染物处理、建筑工程、安全方法、试验测试等领域深度剖析两国标准的分布特点、现状、重点、与国际标准接轨等,提出完善我国生物安全实验室标准体系、加大与国际标准接轨、重视专业性技术开发、加大研发等建议。Both the Chinese and French standards applied for the management of high-level-biosafety laboratories were collected and analyzed and a two-level analysis method for the standards of biosafety laboratories is established through the literature research with scientometrics and cluster analysis methods. The discrepancy of Chinese and French related standard was revealed at the first classification of basic standards, product standards and method standards. The distribution traits, their focuses and the international equivalent of the standards applied for quality management, environment manage- ment, laboratory capacity assessment, pollutant treatment, construction, security methods, and test methods were determined, and the absence of key standards in two countries were identified. It is suggested that a biosafety laboratory standard frame should be improved in China, adapting more international standards, strengthening the standard research and devel- opment. The information is of importance for the establishment of standard frame on biosafety and biosecurity management of high-level laboratories.
