摘　　要：目的探讨体重指数对多囊卵巢综合征患者体外受精-胚胎移植妊娠结局的影响。方法回顾性分析2010年1月至2011年11月于哈尔滨医科大学附属第一医院接受IVF/ICSI治疗的PCOS(polycystic ovarian syndrome)患者64例共67个周期,按照体重指数分为正常体重组(A组)、超重组(B组)、肥胖组(C组)。比较三组之间基本临床资料;促排卵过程、卵子、胚胎情况及妊娠结局情况。结果 FSH值C组低于A组、B组,空腹胰岛素及胰岛素抵抗指数C组高于其他两组,差异均有统计学意义;HCG日E2水平A组高于B组、C组,GN用量A组低于其余两组,差异有统计学意义;受精率、胚胎种植率、临床妊娠率、流产率及活产率三组间差异没有统计学意义。结论超重和肥胖增加了PCOS患者体外受精-胚胎移植促排卵过程中促性腺激素的用量,但对妊娠结局没有显著影响。Objective ： To investigate the effects of body mass index of pcos women on the pregnancy outcome of in vitro fertilization - embryo transfer. Methods ： 64 pcos women undergoing 67 IVF/ICSI treatment cycles, from January 2010 to november 2011, in the First Affiliated Hospital of Harbin Madical University. Patients were divided into three groups, normal weight （Group A）, over-weight （ Group B）, obesity （ Group C） ; The main outcomes measured were basic clinical feathers, promote the ovulation process and oocyte and embryo conditions, pregnancy outcomes. Results： In group C the basal FSH were significantly lower and FINS （fasting insulin）, insulin resistance index were significantly higher compared with A and B; In group A the E2 day of hcg were significantly higher and the average amount of gonadotrophin used for stimulation were significantly lower compared with group B and C ; However, fertilisation rate, implantation rate, clinical pregnancy rate, miscarriage rate, the live - birth rate were not statistically significant different. Conclusion ： overweight and obesity made the average amount of gonadotrophin used for stimulation increased, However, BMI did not have a significant effect on pregnancy outcome.
