摘 要:采用沉降法对煤下铝土矿进行脱钾研究,考察了不同分散剂对煤下铝土矿的选择性分散脱钾的影响。结果表明:碳酸钠、六偏磷酸钠、硅酸钠三种分散剂对分散脱钾都有一定的分散效果,通过组合分散剂实验进一步证实了复合分散剂的优越性。组合药剂为:碳酸钠、六偏磷酸钠、硅酸钠用量为0.6g/L、0.1g/L、0.2g/L时矿浆具有较好的分散效果。通过多次精选分散脱钾,铝精矿的K2O含量由原来的0.99%降至0.48%。提高了煤下铝土矿综合利用率,为生产优质莫来石材料提供参考。Research on the de dispersion of bauxite under coM mines by settling,at the same time, the influence of different dispersant on de potassium with selective dispersion was studied. The results showed that three dispersants such as sodium carbonate, sodium hexametaphosphate or sodium silicate had a certain dispersing effect and the superiority of tlhe composite dispersant was confirmed by the experiment of combining dispersant. When the combination agents of sodium carbonate, sodium hexametaphasphate, sodium silicate used in an amount of 0.6g/L,0.1 g/L,0.2g/L, the pulp had a better dispersing effect. By multi step selective dispersion on de potassium, the Ks 0 content of aluminum concentrate was reduced from 0.99% to 0.48% ,the compre hensive utilization of bauxite under coal mines cc,uld be improved and a reference to production high quality mullite could be given.
