摘　　要：大型预焙电解槽因破损或其它原因实施停、开槽,是铝电解生产管理过程中的重要一环。基于停、开槽装置及技术在大型预焙电解槽上的应用;对电解槽停、开槽管理方式及方法进行探讨,介绍了停、开槽时间选择以及停、开槽过程中关键技术,对大型预焙电解槽形成系统的管理技术提供借鉴。Stopping and start up of large amperage prebaked aluminum reduction pots are important during aluminum reduction production because of dam age or other reasons. Based on application of the stopping and startup equipment and technology on large amperage prebaked aluminum reduction pots, the methods of stopping and startup management of aluminum reduction pots are discussed, selection of stopping and startup time and key technologies during stopping and startup are also introduced then references for the system management of large prebaked aluminum reduction pots are given.
