摘 要:为了综合利用粉煤灰以达到环境保护的要求,燃煤电站输灰系统多采用气力输送系统。本文以某公司气力输灰系统为实例,阐述气力输送系统的基本工作原理和设计原则、设备选择计算、总体布置及单元控制原理、输灰管道管径计算及系统配置,以期提供一种输灰系统的优化方案。In recent years, the pneumatic conveying technology has become more and more mature. In order to achieve the requirements of environment protection through comprehensive utilization of fly ash, the pneumatic conveying is used for ash conveying systems in coal - fired power plant. In this pa- per, an example of a pneumatic ash conveying system is given. It includes the basic working and design principle, equipment selection and calculation, the overall layout and unit control principle, the ash conveying pipe diameter calculation and system configuration, in order to provide an optimization pro- ject for the ash conveying system.
