基于耦合协调模型的旅游业——城市交通——生态环境实证研究——以济南市为例

摘　　要：通过构建旅游业—城市交通—生态环境耦合协调度模型,对2002-2010年济南市的旅游业、城市交通和生态环境的耦合协调状况进行实证研究.研究结果表明：济南市的旅游业、城市交通和生态环境三者之间的耦合协调度总体上呈现上升趋势,截至2010年已处于“勉强协调”阶段,但协调水平仍然较低,其根本原因在于生态环境已成为制约耦合协调度进一步提高的主要瓶颈.因此,济南市应该在发挥旅游业的带动作用及完善城市交通体系的基础上,积极推行低碳旅游和绿色交通理念,加强对济南市生态环境的综合防护工作,实现济南市旅游业、城市交通和生态环境三者的协调发展.The paper makes an empirical research on Jinan City coupling coordination situation of tourism,urban transport and the ecological environment from the year of 2002-2010 by building tourism-urban transport—ecological environment coupling coordination model.The results show that the coupling coordination degree of tourism,urban transport and the ecological environment in Jinan City has appeared the upward trend and been on the ＂bare coordination＂ phase by the year of 2010.However,the coupling coordination degree is still low.The fundamental reason is that the ecological environment has become a major bottleneck restricting the coupling coordination degree to be further improved.Therefore,Jinan City should implement low-carbon tourism and green transport concept actively,strengthen the comprehensive protection of ecological environment on the base of performing tourism leading role and perfecting the urban transport system,in order to realize Jinan tourism,urban transport and ecological environment coordinated development.
