摘　　要：大量新出土唐人墓志中包含有丰富的历史地理资料,对研究唐代历史地理有重要意义。首先在研究复原唐两京的街市坊里、名人宅邸、苑囿渠池及其两京郊区景观等方面提供了不少不见于文献记载的新资料,可补充《长安志》、《唐两京城坊考》等经典文献的缺漏;其次出土唐人墓志涉及政区资料颇多,绝大部分可以与两《唐书·地理志》、《元和郡县图志》所载政区相印证,特别是从"私家"角度记录了一些州县的置废省并和官员的治理信息,殊为珍贵;三是记录了大量不见于正史文献记载的唐代各地乡村地名,有部分墓志还反映了唐基层乡里隶属关系,对于深入研究唐代地名及其乡村基层组织有重要意义;四是出土唐人墓志中记录有不少时人地理思想和地域评价资料,对于深化唐代地理思想史和区域经济文化差异的研究提供了不可多得的一手资料。New unearthed epitaphs contains abundant historical and geographical information which are of great significance to the study of the Tang Dynasty historical geography. First, streets restoration in the square, celebrities＇ houses, water systems and suburban landscapes of the two cap- itals Chang＇an and Luoyang city in Tang Dynasty. Second, the unearthed epitaphs relating to Admin- istrative Region a lot of data contained in the political area is confirmed, especially from the perspec- tive of ＂private＂ record of some county home province and officials and waste management informa- tion, it is precious~ three is not found in the historical literature recorded a large all over thecountry names recorded in the Tang Dynasty, some epitaph also reflects Tang grass--roots village member- ship, has important significance for in--depth study of the Tang Dynasty name and rural grass--roots organizations~ four is the unearthed epitaphs are documented in many people and geographical thought and geographical evaluation data, provides a rare first--hand information for deepening the study of the history of geographical thought regional economic and cultural differences.
