摘　　要：本文针对等级医院评审要求,通过参与观摩新一轮等级医院评审过程,结合所在医院工作实际,提出"十化"建设思考,以规范医疗秩序,提升内涵质量,为医院等级评审打下坚实基础。According to the level accreditation requirements of military hospital, the author put forward ten key problems which should be stress combing with the inspection of the new accreditation practice. All the measures are aimed at keeping medical order, enhancing connotation quality, providing basis for own hospital＇s level accredi- tation.
