摘　　要：等级医院评审是国家对医院进行分级管理的重要制度,是全面评价医院的服务与管理、医疗质量与安全、技术水平与人才队伍、工作数量与工作效率、基础建设与设施设备的系统工程。创建工作只是过程,目的是持续改进、全面提高医院管理水平和医疗服务水平。Level hospital evaluation is an important system of hospital classification management, also a comprehensive evaluation program of hospital service and management, medical quality and safety, technology and personnel, work load and efficiency, infrastructure construction and equipment. Nevertheless, the evaluation work is only measure; the aim is to archive continuous improvement, and enhance the level of hospital management and medical service.
