摘　　要：卫生专业士兵是部队基层卫勤保障一线的组织实施者,是我军卫生事业建设和卫勤保障的一支重要力量。本文基于某区域卫生专业士兵职业技能鉴定站建设的发展,通过SWOT分析方法对军队卫生专业士兵技能鉴定站的现状及未来发展走向的利弊及所面临的机遇挑战作一个分析,为军队卫生专业士兵职业技能鉴定工作的进一步开展提供支持。Health professional soldier is implementer of medical support in primary army. It is the impor- tant force of military health service and medical support. Combing with the construction of occupation skill appraisal positions in certain military command area, the article made an SWOT analysis on the current situation, future de- velopment, opportunities and challenges of occupation skill appraisal positions, so as to provide theoretical decision support for the military health professional appraisal work.
