摘　　要：本文从六个方面探讨在新形势下军队中小医院建设与发展问题。一是打牢能打胜仗的思想根基;二是实施训保合一、三个拓展提升卫勤保障能力;三是平时医疗应对军事条件下的医疗救护;四是绩效考评多项平战结合管理措施;五是以科研促进医疗提高专业技术水平;六是经济管理在阳光下健康运营等,以提升军队中小医院的综合保障能力、服务质量和技术水平。The article discussed the construction and development of military medium - small - scale hospi- tal under the new situation from the following six aspects, so as to improve the overall support capability, service quality and technical level. Firstly, establishing a solid ideological foundation of wining the war. Secondly, imple- menting the unification of training and support, carrying out three expansions to improve medical support ability. Thirdly, coping with combat medical aid based on peacetime medical service. Fourthly, keeping on the combina- tion of peacetime and wartime performance evaluation. Fifthly, promoting special technique level by scientific re- search. Sixthly, ensuring economic management running in the sun.
