摘　　要：医疗帮带作为提升军队中小医院快速进步的重要手段,日益受到重视。在医疗帮带的过程中,本院积极为专家建立良好的工作生活平台,帮带专家充分发挥个人技术特长和综合能力,有效促进帮带学科和医院的进步,取得了双赢效果。The medical helping is the important means for improving medical technical level of military me- dium- small- scale hospital, has received much attention. In the medical helping process, our hospital does not only provide good living and working conditions, but also establish a platform of displaying individual ability for the helping experts. The medical helping makes greatly progress in the related department and the whole hospital, which achieved double- win.
