孕期急性牙髓炎分阶段根管治疗的疗效评价

摘　　要：目的:探讨妊娠期急性牙髓炎分阶段根管预备治疗的效果。方法:65例妊娠期急性牙髓炎患者,在局麻下进行一次性根管预备,Vitapex根管糊剂充填根管,待患者顺利生产后再常规根管充填,1年后拍片评价疗效。结果:64例治疗后整个妊娠期间未出现自发痛、激发痛或咬合痛,有效率98.4%。完善常规根管治疗1年后,除2例因牙折拔除外,63例最终治疗成功。结论:考虑到胎儿的安全,对妊娠期急性牙髓炎患者采用分阶段根管治疗法安全有效,值得推广。Objective： To investigate the effect of phased root canal treatment in pregnant women with acute pulpitis. Methods： 65 pregnant women with acute pulpitis were selected. After local anesthesia, all tooth were received one-appointment root canal preparation and filled with Vitapex pasta. The normal obturation of the root canal was conducted after delivery and the evaluation by X-ray dental film was processed a year later. Results： 64 cases were good, without spontaneous pain, excitation and occlusion during gestation period, and the effective rate was 98.4%. One year after normal root canal treatment, 63 cases were finally successful. Conclusion： Considering the safety of foetus, phased root canal treatment was safe and effective for acute pulpitis in pregnant women and worth to popularized.
