摘　　要：目的 建立通窍消炎丸中绿原酸的含量测定方法.方法 采用高效液相色谱法,色谱条件为：色谱柱：Eclipse XDB-C18;流动相：乙腈-0.4%磷酸溶液（13∶87）;流速：1.0 ml·min-1;检测波长：327nm.结果 绿原酸在0.2556～0.7668mg范围内线性关系良好（r=0.9999）,平均回收率为98.75%,RSD=1.26%（n=6）.结论 本方法操作简便,专属性强,结果准确,可用于通窍消炎丸的质量控制.Objective To set up a method of chlorogenic acid deterrnination in Tongqiaoxiaoyan pill. Methods he content of chlorogenic acid was determined by HPLC. The chromatographic system consisted of C18 column, using acetonitrile - 0. 4% phosphatc solution（13 ： 87） as mobilc phase. The content was detected at a waveleng of 327 nm,the flow rate was 1.0ml rain 1. Results The chlorogenic acid have a good tincar rolatim in the range of 0. 2556-0. 7668mg（ r = 0. 9999）, the average recovery was 98. 75 % and RSD = 1.26 % （ n = 6）. Conolusion The established method is simple, sensitive and accuracy. It can be used for aualitv control of Tongqiaoxiaoyan pill.
