咳喘宁联合布地奈德治疗小儿喘息性支气管炎39例

摘　　要：目的探讨喘息性支气管炎患儿采用咳喘宁与布地奈德联合治疗的疗效。方法抽选78例喘息性支气管炎患儿,予随机数字表法分为对照组(n=39例,采用抗炎、平喘等基础治疗)和治疗组(n=39例,在对照组治疗基础上加用咳喘宁联合布地奈德治疗),比较两组临床症状消失时间和治疗效果。结果治疗组的治疗总有效率为92.3%,明显高于对照组79.5%(P<0.05);治疗组患儿咳嗽、气喘、干湿罗音消失时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论咳喘宁与布地奈德联合使用,能明显缩短小儿喘息性支气管炎的治疗时间,疗效显著,治愈率高。Objective To investigate the efficacy advantage of kechuanning combining with budesonide in the treatment of children with asthmatic bronchitis.Methods 67 patients of Asthmatic bronchitis in children were chosen,Were randomly assigned into control group(n=39 patients using anti-inflammatory,asthma and other basic treatment)and treatment group(n=39patients in the control group therapy based on the use of Kechuanning combining with budesonide),clinical symptoms and treatment time of two groups were compared.Results Total effective rate of treatment group was 92.3%,were significantly higher than the control group 79.5%(P <0.05).Treated children with cough,wheezing,dry rales disappeared significantly were shorter than the control group(P <0.05).Conclusion Kechuanning combineing with budesonide can significantly shorten the treatment time of the pediatric asthmatic bronchitis.
