摘　　要：马克·金斯伯格,美国前能源部资深理事、美国绿色建筑委员会高级研究员,主要负责监督有关绿色建筑、节能和利用可再生能源方面的研究、开发和部署工作。参与协助实施同中国等其他国家政府的国际合作。曾任亚利桑那州能源办公室主任,开拓了零能耗建筑和零能耗社区的概念。荣获美国节能联盟＂终生成就奖＂和美国能源部部长朱棣文授予的＂杰出事业服务奖＂,现为中美节能联盟领导委员会和绿色美国董事会的成员。Former DOE Senior Executive USGBC Senior Fellow Principal, Ginsberg Green Strategies LLC Mark is a former Senior Executive with the US Department of Energy(DOE) with 20 years of service. He was State Energy Director at the Arizona Energy Office, where he served 10 years. Ginsberg pioneered concepts of Zero Energy Buildings and Zero Energy Communities. At DOE, he oversaw a large portfolio of research, development and deployment in green buildings, advanced energy efficiency and renewable energy. He helped implement international agreements with governments in China, India and other countries. Ginsberg has received a Lifetime Achievement Award from the Alliance to Save Energy and a Distinguished Career Award from DOE Secretary Steven Chu. He serves on the Leadership Council of the China-US Energy Efficiency Alliance and is on the Board of Directors of Greening America.
