超深、超长水平井测井工艺技术研究与应用

摘　　要：塔河油田水平井测井技术主要为湿接头测井工艺。受井深、测量井段长、井底温度高、部分井需要加测特殊项目等因素影响,塔河油田水平井测井技术存在湿接头对接一次成功率不高、仪器耐温性能要求高、常规工艺不能满足特殊测井项目作业要求、测井电缆井口运行安全风险、钻具输送井下风险等难点。通过优化钻井液循环方式、改进斜井段对接工艺、设计新型湿接头公头外壳等方式,保证了一次对接成功率;对井下仪器性能进行检测、按井下实际情况组合仪器串,确保仪器在高温环境下稳定运行;密度姿态保持器和套筒式扶正器较好地解决了密度、微电阻率扫描成像、偶极子声波等特殊项目在水平井、大斜度井中的施工问题;自主研发的井口电缆防碰装置确保了钻具输送测井作业时,电缆在井口的安全。根据各井工况综合采用以上措施后,塔河油田水平井测井一次成功率达到了94%。The logging technology for the horizontal wells in Tahe oilfield is mostly about wet-connector log- ging technology.Influenced by the factors of well depth,long measurement section,high temperature at the bot- tom of a well and special measurement for partial wells,there are many difficulties：low one-time success rate of the wet-connector and higher requirements of the instrument＇s temperature tolerance.The conventional logging technology can＇t meet the request of the special logging project,and the logging cable running at the wellhead has certain safety risk and the complex well conditions make the logging process by drilling tools conveying existing underground risk.One-time success rate of the butt is improved through optimized drilling fluid circulating system,improved deviated well section butt technology and the wet-connector docking tech- nology.Performance testing of the string instrument and combination technology according to the actual situa- tion may make stable running at high temperature for the devices.Special project construction process technol- ogy is applied to the horizontal well and highly deviated well.Independent designed anti-collision equipment of the wellhead cable ensures the safety of the cable at the wellhead when drill feed logging.After the mea- sures took ,it gains a good application effect and 94% of a success rate of the horizontal well logging.
