摘　　要：结合贵阳市第四人民医院实践,从基本框架、接口以及存储设计方面介绍PACS设计情况,在此基础上探讨基层医院自建PACS在硬件、软件、技术方面的要求并分析其效益。Combining with the practices in Guiyang No. 4 People＇s Hospital, the paper introduces picture archiving and communica- tion system （PACS） design status from the aspects of basic framework, interface and storage design. Based on the above it discusses the requirements for hardware, software and technical support in basic level hospital self- built PACS, the benefits are also analyzed.
