摘　　要：目的:利用"阳光医药"二级平台,有效规范医生医疗行为,提高用药合理性和规范性。方法:在现有HIS系统上自主开发接口,准确上传数据,并采取管理制度与信息技术相结合,二级平台上下联动闭环反馈式管理手段,对药品使用进行过程管理。结果:数据上传准确,数据统一,闭环反馈式管理行之有效,监测指标符合管理要求,改变过去终末管理模式,使"阳光医药"两络监察平台在医院管理环节落地。结论:建议采用单病种管理或相关疾病诊断群理念进行医院间、医院内横向比较、纵向比较、基准比较,使"阳光医药"平台监管更科学、更具说服力。Objective： Effectively regulate medical behavior of doctors and improve the reasonableness and standard ability of medications by take advantage of the secondary platform. Methods：Develop interface independently based on the existing HIS system, in order to upload the data required. Combining management system and information technology, adopt the upper and lower linkage of secondary platform and closed-loop management to manage the process of drugs application. Results： Date uploading accurately and consolidation, closed-loop feedback management effectively worked, monitoring index meets the management requirement, the regulation of antibacterial agent up to the standard of Health Ministry, completely change the past terminal management mode, prove the rationality of employing internet regulation platform of Yang Guang Yi Yao in hospital management. Discussion： Could make comparison between hospitals and make horizontal comparison, vertical comparison and benchmarking comparison inside the hospital by adopting single disease management or diagnosis related disease groups management, make the regulation of Yang Guang Yi Yao platform more scientific and systematic.
