摘　　要：医疗体制的不断改革,使公立医院不得不改变以往"以药养医"的盈利模式,在如何最大化利用自身医疗资源、优化医疗资源配置方面寻求出路,经过三、四年的不断尝试,目前在北京、上海等多个地市都已经有集团医疗的范例。Due to the continuous reform of medical system, public hospitals have to change the previous profit pattern of＆quot;covering hospital expenses with medicine revenue＆quot;, and seek a way out on how to maximize the use of their own medical resources and optimize the distribution of medical resources. After they kept trying for three or four years, at present there are examples of group hospitals in Beijing, Shanghai and other cities.
