摘　　要：当前医院信息系统主要面向医院管理和临床应用,系统综合性高,复杂度强,价格昂贵,需要齐全的配套硬件设备,无法直接照搬在医学院校的信息化教学中使用。针对该问题,通过分析教学仿真实验的需求,设计开发了适用于教学的医院信息仿真实验系统。系统基于.NET平台,采用两层C/S架构设计,优化改进医院业务流程,采用用户名口令加密方式加强数据安全,实现了医院主要业务流程的模拟操作。从系统的使用效果来看,为医学院校的信息化教学提供了很好的支持。At present, Hospital Information System （HIS） is mainly oriented to hospital management and clinical application, with the system of high comprehensiveness, huge complexity and high price. HIS which is fully equipped with supporting hardware equipment, cannot be directly applied to information-based teaching in medical universities. To address this problem, a hospital information simulation experiment system suitable for teaching is designed and developed through analyzing the demand of teaching simulation experiment. Based on .NET platform, two-tier C/S architecture is applied to optimizing and improving hospital’s business flow, and user password encryption to cementing data security, which has realized the simulation operation of hospital’s major business flow. System application effect proves that it has effectively supported information-based teaching in medical universities.
