摘　　要：目的:为临床科室提供网络化的故障报修平台,并支持故障解决进度跟踪,为信息化管理部门提供统计、绩效考核及故障解决知识库积累。方法:在ITIL(Information Technology Infrastructure Library)框架指导下,基于医院现有网络设施,使用asp.net和SQL Server数据库,设计并实现了基于Web的医院故障网上报修系统。结果:该系统已部署在医院网络环境中,并在临床科室中得到广泛采用,取得了良好的使用效果。结论:使临床科室的故障可以得到及时解决,进而提升医疗服务质量,实现对工程师的绩效考核以及故障解决知识库的积累。Objective： Provide clinical departments with online maintenance system which supports progress tracking, and provide functional departments with statistics, performance evaluation and troubleshooting knowledge accumulation. Methods：Guided by the ITIL （Information Technology Infrastructure Library） framework, design and implement a Web-based hospital online maintenance system based on the hospital＆#39;s existing network infrastructure, using asp.net and SQL Server. Results： The system, which made good use of effects, has been deployed in hospital and has been widely used in clinical departments. Conclusion：Problems of clinical departments can be solved in time, and the system can enhance the quality of medical services and evaluate the performance of engineers and accumulate troubleshooting knowledge.
