摘　　要：将当前区域医疗信息共享平台中健康档案的安全和隐私保护问题作为研究对象,采用面向特征的领域分析方法,分析了区域医疗信息共享中健康档案存在的安全隐患以及产生信息安全隐患的原因,研究了健康档案用户操作行为与安全隐患之间的关系,构建了关于区域医疗信息共享中健康档案安全与隐私保护的领域模型。This essay put it as research object that is EHR＆#39; s safety and privacy protection at RMISP （regional medical information sharing platform） and use FODA（Feature Oriented Domain Analyses）method to analyze the domain requirements. The essay analyzed the security risks of EHR and the cause of them. Then the essay analyzed the safety of users＆#39; behavior of EHR at RMISP and the corresponding solutions are analyzed on domain. At last, the essay build a domain model about EHR＆#39;s safety and privacy protection at RMISP on this foundation.
