摘　　要：创新型城市建设是加快推进国家创新体系建设、建设创新型国家的重要内容。分析南通市创新型城市建设的现状,明确其发展目标以及主要任务,并提出相应加快创新型城市建设的具体对策。Innovative city construction is the important content of accelerating the construction of national innovation system and innovation oriented country. This paper analyzes current situation of innovative city construction of Nantong, explicits the development goals and main tasks, and puts forward some countermeasures to speed up the construction of innovative city.
