摘　　要：教学企业是高职院校专业核心技能培养的主要平台,它承载着教学实践、培训、科研和社会服务四大功能,教学企业的建设需要校企合作,需要校企双方资金与资源的投入,既要自负盈亏,又要服务于教学,本文通过介绍企业、行业、同类院校的调研,提出一种新型的教学企业建设模式和运行机制,高校作为主要建设方,企业在校企合作理事会的指导下运营企业,有效地平衡了企业利益和学校教学需求之间的矛盾,使得教学企业的运营与管理稳定且可以持续发展。As the main platform for professional core skills training in higher vocational colleges, teaching enterprise has the function of teaching practice, training, scientific research and social service. The construction of teaching enterprise needs school-enterprise cooperation in fund and resources. They are responsible for their own profits and losses and they should serve teaching. By introducing the investigation and surveys of enterprises, industry and peer colleges, this article proposes a new teaching enterprise construction mode and operation mechanism. College is the main constructor and the enterprise runs under the guidance of school-enterprise cooperation council, well balancing the enterprise benefit and college requirements and thus achieving stable and sustainable development of teaching enterprises.
