摘　　要：开闭件是车身关键运动件,其灵活性、可靠性、密封性等因素对于汽车产品的使用质量有严重的影响。针对目前国内对于整车四门两盖试验台的设计均只适合常温试验,提出了整车四门两盖试验台在高低温、常温状态下,对整车进行试验,并最终分析试验数据,使得整车四门两盖试验台获得的数据更加符合车辆在实际环境中参数变化的趋势。The opening and closing pieces of a vehicle are critical moving parts,because they have serious impact on quality factors such as flexibility,reliability and sealing.As the present domestic four two cover test bench is only suitable for normal temperature test,this paper proposes a test bench suitable for both high and low temperature.Finally the experimental data are analyzed,which is helpful for the changing parameters of vehicles in real environment.
