摘　　要：适应企业员工持证上岗工作的组织管理要求,根据建设满足大规模员工岗位资格培训与认证考试系统的需要,深入研究了邮政金融岗位资格培训与考试的需求特点,结合实际进行了系统建设目标确定以及业务流程、功能模块与软件架构设计,通过组织试点单位测试和全行大规模员工岗位资格培训与考试,对系统进行了很好的验证,并取得了良好的效果。In order to meet the enterprise staff documented appointment management requirements,large-scale staff post qualification training and certification system is needed.The demand of the postal financial post qualification training and examination are studied,the actual target of the system is determined,and the business flow,function modules and software architecture are designed.The system is verified through pilot unit testing and the large-scale staff post qualification training and examination,and good results are achieved.
