摘 要:目的:寻找提高大学高年级学生体质健康素质可持续发展的方法。方法:对大学高年级学生是否参加体育课学习进行实验组和对照组的对比实验,一年后,对实验组和对照组学生进行5项体质健康素质测验,并进行问卷调查。结果:大学高年级学生参加体育课学习的各项健康素质明显好于未参加体育课的学生,自觉进行体育锻炼的次数明显增多。结论:大学高年级必须开设体育课或学分制选修课,以达到学生体质健康素质可持续发展。objective: The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of sustainable development of college senior student physique health quality. Methods: By using experimental group ( Students had physical education classes ) and control group ( students did not have physical education classes )to do a comparable research ran- domly. One year later, by talking five physical health tests and questionaires to both of these two groups. Results: The physical and health quality of college senior students who had physical education classes is much better than the physical and health quality of college senior students who did not have physical education classes, and the for- mer spent more time on the physical exercises. Conclusions :This research suggests that physical education classes should be offered as an election to the third and fourth year college students to improve or sustain their physical well - being.
