摘　　要：在竞技健美操教学中,运动技能迁移是一种普遍存在的现象,并在一定程度上影响学生掌握竞技健美操动作技能的效果。本文阐述了运动技能迁移的理论概念、分类及关系,分析了竞技健美操教学中迁移效应的影响因素,提出了竞技健美操教学中有效运用正迁移的策略,以期在以后的教学活动中更加合理的利用技能迁移的积极影响,有效避免技能迁移产生的消极影响,提高竞技健美操教学效果。Sports skills transfer is a widespread phenomenon in competitive aerobics teaching, and to some extent, affected the students to master the skills of competitive bodybuilding movement＇ s effect. This paper, using the method of literature review, expert interviews and logical analysis, describes migration theoretical concepts, me - chanisms, analysis of competitive aerobics teaching migration effects, and proposes effective application of positive transfer of the strategy in aerobics teaching. The main purpose is to offer rational contribution to the improve effec- tiveness of aerobics teaching.
