南京市民办高校运动队教练员现状调查与发展策略研究

摘　　要：通过对南京市民办高校运动队教练员的现状调查,研究发现南京市民办高校运动队教练员的现状为:(1)运动队伍情况方面,南京市民办高校无论从参赛学校、运动员,还是项目的设置都有较大规模的发展。(2)运动员的运动水平方面:南京市民办高校运动员以普通学生为主,整体竞技水平偏低。(3)影响招生生源的情况方面:学校招生制度与国家、地方招生制度需要进一步完善。(4)教练结构方面:南京市民办高校教练员队伍呈现出年富力强、年龄结构合理、知识水平较高、能力结构不完善、运动训练经验不丰富的特征。(4)南京市民办高校教练员的任用大多都是委任制。Through investigating on college sport team coaches condition in private universities in Nanjing city, this paper finds out that 1 ） The participating schools, athletes, or the project settings are larger scale development in private universities in Nanjing city. 2） The athletes are normal students in private universities, their competi- tive level is low. 3） The enrollment of the school system and the state, local enrollment system needs further im- provement. 4） Nanjing private college coaches shows be in the full vigour of life, knowledge level is high, ability structure is imperfect, training experience is not rich. 5） The private universities in Nanjing city appoint mostly appointment system.
