摘　　要：本文针对产学研合作教育与创新型人才培养的联系进行了分析,并讨论了产学研合作教育对培养创新型人才的促进作用,提出产学研合作教育与培养创新型人才的具体改进措施,为工科院校培养适应社会需求的创新型人才提出了一种新的教育模式。This paper analyzes the relationship between cooperative education of industry,learning and research and the cultivation of innovative talents,discusses the role of the former for the latter,and proposes specific improvement measures for them,providing a new education mode for engineering colleges to cultivate innovative talents suitable for social needs.
