浅论大学生管理教育工作的特点

摘　　要：随着时代的发展和社会的进步,社会形势下对大学生的素质和技术要求也越来越高,因为大学生是未来国家的栋梁,必须要认真对待大学生教育和管理工作。但当今大学生管理教育上存在一定的问题,导致大学生毕业后很难适应于社会的形势,所以需要加大对大学生的管理力度。本文主要针对大学生管理教育工作中存在的特点进行论述,并根据管理中存在的不足进行分析,提出合理建议,以确保管理教育工作的进行。With the development of the times and the progress of the society,the social situation has proposed higher and higher requirements for college students＇ qualities and skills.College students are national pillars in the future,so we should carefully handle their education and management.However,there exist certain problems in the current college students＇ management and education,resulting in college students＇ hard adaptation to social situations after graduation,so we should enhance the management strength.This paper mainly elaborates the characteristics of college students＇ management and education,analyzes the disadvantages existing,and proposes rational suggestions,so as to ensure the implementation of further management and education.
