摘　　要：新媒体技术的迅猛发展,急剧改变着当代大学生的生活、学习和思维方式,也为高校加强德育工作的导向力创造了有利条件和不利因素。在新媒体环境下,高校德育工作者应当更新德育工作的观念、确立德育工作的主体性、充实德育工作的内容、丰富德育工作的方法,积极运用新媒体开展德育工作。The rapid development of new media technologies has dramatically changed ways of living, learning and thinking of contemporary college students, and also created favorable conditions and unfavorable factors for universities to strengthen moral guiding force. In the new media environment, moral educators of universities should update the concept of moral education, establish moral subjectivity, enrich the content of moral education, rich moral approaches, and actively use new media to carry out moral education.
