摘　　要：科学合理的考评制度是加强实验室队伍建设的前提和保障。面对现有的评价制度中存在的问题,提出一些建议和想法。合理的考评制度配套相应的奖惩制度对促进实验室队伍建设具有十分重要的意义。A scientific and rational evaluation system is the pre-requisite and guarantee of strengthening the construction of labo-ratory teams. Faced with the problems existing in the current e-valuation systems, some suggestions and opinions are proposed. Meanwhile, it is of great significance to draw up a corresponding reward and punishment system supporting the scientific evalua-tion system.
